The Persistent Customer Dashboard Unnecessarily Generated Twice In OpenUI (Doc ID 2082744.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
The Persistent Customer Dashboard is unnecessarily generated twice in OpenUI, which has a negative impact on OpenUI performance.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
SiebelAppFacade.DashboardPR.ShowUI() method should be called only once.

STEPS
-----------------------
Steps to reproduce the problem, with a dedicated client using the vanilla SRF and the Sample database:

1. Enable the Persistent Customer Dashboard by adding the value ‘Siebel Power Communications’ (if the application in use was not already added) to the end of the user property ‘Applications’ of the BS ‘Persistent Customer Dashboard’ and compile the BS;
2. Edit file CLIENT_DIR/PUBLIC/enu/23044/SCRIPTS/siebel/dashboardprenderer.js and add a debugging code to method ShowUI of DashboardPR (to the beginning and the end):
SiebelJS.Log('Start: ' + $.now());
SiebelJS.Log('End: ' + $.now());
3. Open the dedicated client in Chrome, go to ‘Account Administration’ and search for an account; go to account detail;
4. Open the Communication Panel by clicking on the icon in the right-hand side of the top bar;
5. Open the JS debugger;
6. Reload the page twice;
7. Check the debugger. It shows that the SiebelAppFacade.DashboardPR.ShowUI() method has been called twice.
