Open UI: Unable to Override the PM / PR Context of the Persistent Customer Dashboard

When created and registered appropriately within Manifest Administration, the corresponding custom PM / PR for the 'Persistent Customer Dashboard Applet' do not load when the Applet is rendered in the UI.
