Customer was running upgrade from 188.8.131.52 to IP15 patchset4 on DEV environment with oracle database and IRM ran successfully. However, UpgPhys was failing with below error:
2015-11-11 12:50:47 : Error in SetODBCName functionD:\Siebel\15.0\ses\siebsrvr\log\upgphys_dev_811sia\output\SWTMigration\Log\reg_entry.txt (The system cannot find the file specified)
