Siebel BIP reports showing Connection Reset Error

When logging in to BI Publisher with Siebel Security model, very often, the below error is seen on the BI Publisher UI: Connection reset

1. Make sure to setup Siebel security model with BIP 11g.

2. Check to see if the security model is setup correctly and integration is successful

3. Check to see if the report generation is seamless and without issues.

Due to this issue, users were seeing this issue intermittently with report generation and above connection reset error and this was causing a setback.
