Why Siebel CTI Configuration Changes Are Not Reflected Without Siebel Server Re-start.? (Doc ID 2084314.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Siebel CTI configuration changes, Change in Event handlers/Response/Logs/Commands etc should reflect in Siebel application by logout and login back to Siebel application, whereas in this case, CTI config changes are not reflecting till the time, we bounce Siebel server.
