Error when changing Activity Owner in Siebel 8.1.1.14 patchset 10

SBL-DAT-00292,SBL-DAT-00471

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Activities List
2. Create a new activity record. Don't save the record.
3. Try changing the value in "Owner" field. The following error message is displayed:

[1]An error has occurred picking the current row.

Please continue or ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists.(SBL-DAT-00292)
[2]Invalid operation when not executed.(SBL-DAT-00471)

Due to this issue, users cannot change the owner of the activity without saving the record.
