Customer is having a strange behavior about modifications of the primary owner of a position.
Please see the below example for details :
User have an account named " TEST Account " with a sales team composed of two people :
- " Contact One " with the position " Sales One "
- " Contact Two " with the position" Sales Two "
In Outlook, User is the owner of the account "TEST Account" and when user " Email to Account Team " it opens a mail form with the address of "Contact Two". Normal behaviour.
But if user changes the primary owner of the position " Sales Two ", it will change the sales team in Siebel but it will not change the sales team in Outlook, even with a full synchronization.
Why Position change is not synched back to outlook?
It's strange because any modifications to the positions are well reported to Outlook during the first synchronization when we obtain a new package but they are not reported when we launch a full synchronization by clicking on the " Full Sync " button in Outlook.
