How To Enable Siebui-row-counter In Custom List Applets?

Symptoms

Context:
   - Create a new Custom Business Component on top of S_INVOICE_CHRG table
   - Add a new custom list applet on top of this BC
   - Create a new Screen and View are new as well.

The view has only a list applet, and does not have a form applet. 'Auto Query Mode' property is set with 'New Query' at the applet level.
The applet functions as expected, but the record count that is generally displayed in the list applets on the top right corner (1 to 10 of 10+) is not shown in this list applet.
