How to Create a Service Request Record and an Activity Record From a CTI Event and Associate Both Records?

On : 188.8.131.52 [IP2014] version, CTI
Once an inbound call is connected,
AddBusComp, AddBusObj, AddRecordView, AddRecordApplet, and AddField parameters are
defined in the EventResponse to create a Service Request, and an AddLog creates the Call-Inbound Activity.
However the Call-Inbound Activity is not associated to the newly created Service Request.
WARNING:Failed at RenderFormatString, input=Activity SR Id, error=This operation is not allowed when there are no records displayed.
Please execute a query that returns at least one record or add a new record.(SBL-DAT-00215)
