Information in this document applies to any platform.
The requirement of the customer project is they can set the language of CRM Desktop independently of the Outlook language or OS language.
For Instance if a user has OS in German, Outlook in German, but his information in Siebel is in English, so he installs the MSI in ENGLISH.
