CIR Is Crashing When Submitting More Than One Response Group (Doc ID 2086005.1)

On : 15.5 [IP2015] version, Comms Server & Email Response

When submitting more than one response group changes, it is noticed that CIR is crashing with below call stack

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Administration - Communications--> Response Groups
2. Submit a single response group and verify that email are getting processed properly.
3. Submit second response group and notice that CIR is crashing with above call stack.
