Calculator Widget Close Button Changes Decimal Separator on Non-ENU Object Managers

On : 15.4 [IP2015] version, Client Functionality
The Calculator widget for numeric fields changes the grouping separator for non-ENU object managers (FRA and DEU).
Leaving the calculator by clicking "Close" should not change the field value.
1. Open the calculator in a field with an existing decimal value.
2. Close the calculator by clicking the "Close" button.
Result: The decimal separator "," is changed to ".", causing the value to be interpreted as grouping separator. The value is changed to a higher value without decimal places.
