Our project team is currently planning for load testing developments for a new project phase.

They want to know if there are general guidelines/benchmarks on how the Windows app servers and Linux DB server can be stressed.

For example: Does Oracle recommend not to exceed 50% CPU capacity and e.g. 100% physical RAM memory.

We could not find these statements in the performance tuning guide.
