Inbound Email Processing Using Multi byte Japanese / Chinese characters (Doc ID 2086442.1)

On : [23021] version, Comms Server & Email Response

When attempting to process inbound emails, the following error occurs.

ObjMgrBusCompLog Error 1 0000066355e20a58:0 2015-09-01 17:51:14 (oracon.cpp (1721)) SBL-DAT-00235: Value too long for field 'Comment' (maximum size 4000).
ObjMgrLog Error 1 0000066355e20a58:0 2015-09-01 17:51:14 (dbsvc.cpp (3348)) SBL-CMI-00120: Unable to create record in buscomp "Mail Agent Activity".
ObjMgrLog Error 1 0000066355e20a58:0 2015-09-01 17:51:14 (stepexec.cpp (1585)) SBL-BPR-00162: Error invoking service 'Inbound E-mail Database Operations', method 'InsertRecord' at step 'Create Activity'.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Send an email to Siebel with multi byte Japanese characters
2. Above error occurs when the size of the email sent is greater than 4000 bytes and the email content contains multi byte characters.
