Information in this document applies to any platform.
Customer asked for information on the activity alarm and when the alarm should be invoked.
It was found that if the status of 'Done' was used and the 'Done' checkbox was selected the alarm would not be seen.
However, if the 'Done' checkbox was not selected and the status was completed, the alarm was invoked.
