Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Siebel hangs when user drag and drop Attachment from the pop up window after clicking New File

This issue is happening in chrome but not in IE. Below arethe steps to reproduce.

1.Open Siebel in Chrome
2.Go to Service request attachment list applet and click New File button. Popu Up window opens to select attachment.
3.Instead of selecting a file, drag and drop a file from the popup window to attachment list applet.
4.This will some time attaches, but sometime application hangs

This is not happening in IE because Step 3 can't be possible in IE.




EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Chrome should also behave like IE for step 3. The application should not get hanged.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Open Siebel in Chrome
2.Go to Service request attachment list applet and click New File button. Popu Up window opens to select attachment.
3.Instead of selecting a file, drag and drop a file from the popup window to attachment list applet.
4.This will some time attaches, but sometime application hangs

This is not happening in IE because Step 3 can't be possible in IE.
