Symptoms

Siebel Remote - on : 8.1.1.11.13 / 8.2.2.4.13 [IP2013] PS13 version

On a Development environment, when trying to Create or Delete records from Administration - Siebel Remote > Mobile Clients view, errors are reported:

ERROR
-----------------------
SBL-DAT-00360: Business component '??' is not defined.

(exact name for BusComp reported can vary - i.e. "SBL-DAT-00360: Business component 'curRowNum' is not defined" - but also some other names can appear; not really valid names of existing BusComps)

This issue is not seen on another Siebel environment (that had a copy of the same DB and configuration) or if using a Dedicated client to define/manage Mobile Clients.
