Find Feature is not displaying following error "Your search did not match any results. Change your search terms.(SBL-SRH-00169)" When Query Returns Zero Records

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Find Feature should display following error "Your search did not match any results. Change your search terms.(SBL-SRH-00169)" When Query Returns Zero Records


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Siebel Application 
2. Click the "Search" option in the application menu. 
3. Click the "Find" option in the popup applet and then the "Cases" from Look In dropdown and enter Case Id
4. Search returned zero records and error is not displayed
