Applet Toggles Field Value Comes Blank In Open UI With No Custom PM PR (Doc ID 2092278.1)

On : [IP2013] version, Configuration - General

The Field "Resolution Code"" value is not displayed when Toggled.

The Field "Resolution Code"" value should be displayed when Toggled.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Top Applet based on Service Request BC and lower applet also based on Service Request BC in Siebel Financial Service Open UI Application.

2. Based on field in Upper Applet Lower Applet Toggles, when the lower applet Toggles one of its field[Resolution Code] is loaded blank which in real has its value in the DB and Business Layer.

3. So, Display of Field goes Blank with Custom Toggle Applet functionality only in OPENUI, But Same functionality in HI works fine.
