Newly Created Positions Disable New Button in Specific Views (Doc ID 2092569.1)

On : [21238] version, Security / Authentication

New Siebel application user assigned an existing responsibility and a new position created , system does not allow to create any new record in any transaction screen (like Leads, Opt etc) for this newly created position, but if the position changed it works fine.

New user should be able to create record with the specific position created for them.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The new user created along with a newly defined position.
2. This new user is not getting the permission to create any new records in transactions like Leads, Opt etc.
3. The new button is disabled.But when the same user is assigned to another existing position, it works fine
