Record Count (1-10 Of 51) Not Properly Displayed On The List Applet On Explorer View In Open UI. (Doc ID 2092752.1)

Symptoms

In Explorer View, when navigating to the next record set, the count is not correct.

The count should be correct regardless of the view.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Administration Group - Positions
2. Click on Next Record Set
3. The count is 21-30 instead of 11-20.

The behavior is very particular to this view Administration Group - Positions.
