ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Siebel OpenUI Mobile - Validation error message does not clear value in field

On Siebel Sales Enterprise Mobile application, if user enters the wrong value, app throws a validation error and it doesn't clear the field value when stepping out from that field. This repeats until the user would have to manually clear the wrong field value.

However this is working fine in Desktop application.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In this case it would be expected to see a consistent user experience in case of validation errors - on both Mobile and Desktop Open UI apps.

Due to this issue, users have to review and clean the wrong values entered manually.
