Partner Portal Application Hanged In Case Of Application Prenavigate Event Raise Error Text (Doc ID 2093701.1)

Symptoms

On : 15.0 [IP2015] version, Configuration - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer try to navigate from view x it is giving error message and application got hanged.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The error should be thrown and application should not be hang.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Write a Code on the Application PreNavigation Event to raise Error Text to stop moving from view x based on some conditions.
2. Compile the changes and open the Application and Navigate to the View x
3. when ever Customer try to navigate from view x it is giving error message and application got hanged.
4. The Same scenario working fine in enterprise application

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the application is hang and need to close the Browser.
