ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Upon click on on Ctrl+Alt+M control goes to File Menu, further click on Tab keyboard, control goes to Settings, Notification...etc in revers order Right to Left 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Upon click on on Ctrl+Alt+M control goes to File Menu further click on Tab keyboard, control should go Communications, PDQ....etc from Left to Right

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to siebel application 

2. Launches Home Page

3. Press Ctrl+Alt+M, Control is focused to Application “File” Menu.

4. Now Press Tab from keyboard, focus goes to ‘Settings’, ‘Notifications’ …etc on Top right corner which is in reverse order from right to left
