The customer observed that for Siebel version 18.104.22.168 the vertical and horizontal scroll bars are not visible in standard interactivity mode (SI). His users expect to see vertical scroll bars to navigate through a list applet.
He wants to know if this is expected and the available resolution by which a user is expected to navigate through the applet.
