ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Adding a segment using the program designer links to the wrong campaign

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When adding a segment via the program designer, the correct campaign should be linked

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open program designer
2. Add 2 campaigns
3. link a segment to campaign A
4. The new segment links to a campaign B on the designer

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot link to the correct campaign
