How to Avoid that Calls to Specific Phone Number Generate an Associated Activity using Siebel CTI

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Client uses Genesys GPlus as third party Software.
Client wants to avoid that calls to specific phone number generate an associated activity.
For example if users call to 012 number, an Activity must be created and if users call to 985 then no Activity must be created.
Client wants to use parameter DNIS supplied by Gplus
This parameter gives the phone number that the user wants to speak.
The question is how this requirement can be implemented
