CheckPopupBeforeExecute in Open UI fails to prevent screen pop navigation on inbound call, even if popup applet open - for example MVG applet.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Parameter is TRUE by default, or add it to CTI configuration.
2. Open (for example) MVG applet
3. Make inbound call
4. Observe navigation
