Subject Enrollment Is Not Changing Status To Enrolled using "Enroll" button (Doc ID 2096749.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Subject Enrollment is not changing Status to Enrolled

The Enroll button on the Subject applet should change the Status to Enrolled, as it did in previous versions. However, after entering enrollment information, Status is still 'Screened'. If I manually add a Status of Enrolled and set it as Primary, it adds the Status but it isn't Primary.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Subjects screen > Subject List

2. Drilldown in Screening #

3. click in "Enroll"

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have visits enrolled.
