Unable To Create Contacts, Getting Error "Account" Is A Required Field (Doc ID 2096899.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11.15 [IP2013] version, Configuration - General

When attempting to create a New Contact and after entering all the Values, when press the Save Button,the following error occurs.

"Account" is a Required Field


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer has Create a New Service Request and have the Field Contact which is an MVG

2. On Contact MVG, customer is trying to create a New Contact and after entering all the Values, when press the Save Button, then it will show the below error.
  "Account" is a Required Field
3. Due to this Customer is unable to create any Contact under the Service Request.
