Loyalty Point Transfer Redemption Failure Cause Repeated Creation Of Transactions (Doc ID 2097064.1)

If a point transfer transaction fails, the Loyalty Batch Engine creates a new one to be processed. If the original cause is not resolved this transaction will also fail and a new one will be created. This will go on until the issue is resolved.
