Siebel Mobile Disconnected - Clarification about Siebel Disconnected Mobile and Siebel Remote Deployment in same environment

Following questions were asked about an environment where Siebel Remote and Siebel Mobile Disconnected are deployed:

Q1. Can Remote and Mobile co-exist in same enterprise - i.e. Developers who need both Developer Local database for Siebel Tools and also want to work with  Siebel Mobile Disconnected client. So to create a mobile client named 'ABC' and also another one 'ABC-MOBILE' - would that work?

Q2. The "Enable Transaction Logging" this flag is only available in Administration - Siebel Remote > Remote System Preferences and not in Administration - Siebel Mobile. Is this not applicable for Siebel Mobile? Or is there any other flag specific to mobile?
