Open UI: All List Applets are not Responsive to Communication Panel When Panel is Expanded or Narrowed (Doc ID 2097921.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.14.9 [IP2014] version, CTI

All list applets are not responsive to Communication Panel when Panel is expanded or narrowed - Open UI
The issue also happened to all vanilla view with vanilla list applets.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Scenario 1: CTI Panel in Wide & Docked Mode
a) Open CTI Panel in wide mode.
b) Navigate to view which has list applet.
c) Click “Narrow/Expand” button to narrow CTI Panel to narrow mode.

Scenario 2: CTI Panel in Narrow & Docked Mode
a) Open CTI Panel in narrow mode.
b) Navigate to view which has list applet.
c) Click “Narrow/Expand” button to expand CTI Panel to wide mode

Scenario 3: CTI Panel in Wide & Undocked Mode
a) Open CTI Panel in wide mode.
b) Navigate to view which has list applet.
c) Click “Undocked/Docked” button to undock CTI Panel.

Scenario 4: CTI Panel in Narrow & Undocked Mode
a) Open CTI Panel in narrow mode.
b) Navigate to view which has list applet.
c) Click “Undocked/Docked” button to undock CTI Panel

Scenario 5: CTI Panel in Wide & Undocked Mode to CTI Panel in Wide & Docked Mode
a) Open CTI Panel in wide & undocked mode.
b) Navigate to view which has list applet.
c) Click “Undocked/Docked” button to undock CTI Panel.
d) List applet is not responsive to above actions, CTI Panel appears to sit on top of the list applet, user can’t move to scrollbar of list applet all the way to the right of the applet to view other columns

Scenario 6: CTI Panel in Narrow & Undocked Mode to CTI Panel in Narrow & Docked Mode
a) Open CTI Panel in narrow & undocked mode.
b) Navigate to view which has list applet.
c) Click “Undocked/Docked” button to undock CTI Panel
d) List applet is not responsive to above actions, CTI Panel appears to sit on top of the list applet, user can’t move to scrollbar of list applet all the way to the right of the applet to view other columns
