CRM Desktop Fails At Obtain Package Step

While launching the CRM desktop for outlook, it fails at step obtain package with following error in log-
siebel_service: error occurred while retrieving meta data package: : Method 'GetSqlObj' of business component 'PIM Client Metadata File' (integration component 'PIM Client Metadata File') returned the following error:
"Error occurred while writing file '/siebelnew/sia811/ses/siebsrvr/ServerDataSrc/files/220.127.116.11_Metadata_S_PIM_INT_FILE_1-1IKOMN_1-2EZCW.zip'.(SBL-SVC-00193)"(SBL-EAI-04376)
