Wave Launch Stuck In "In Progress" Status (Doc ID 2098139.1)

Symptoms

On :  8.1.1.11.12 [IP2013] version, Siebel Marketing

Wave launch stuck in "In Progress" Status  

Whenever launching the campaign through email marketing (ESD), email are going out but wave launch status stuck in "In Progress"

The following error is found in the esd.log:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Campaigns Screen and Load and Launch a Campaign

2. Wave Launch status remains as "In Progress"

3. However, all emails are sent as expected.
