Submit Button Double Click Needed In Siebel EService Application (Doc ID 2098405.1)

On : [IP2014] version, Upgrade


On eService Application, Service Request is getting submitted on click of 'Submit' button for second time only. Nothing was happening on first click.


Service Request should get submitted for first click itself.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel eService Application
2. On Home page click on Submit Service Request link
3. Enter the SR details and click on Submit button.
4. On first click, nothing was happening.
5. We see navigating to Service Request List view only after clicking Submit button on second time.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot submit the Service Request
