Inbound Email Crash, Emails Not Getting Processed with Custom Workflow

Inbound Email not getting processed
We have applied PS 12 that solves the problem of Communications Inbound components installed on Linux environment.
Now we cannot see what happen to mails pulled by mailbox. I can access to mail server and see that mails disappear from there but on Siebel logs nothing happens.
I attached POP3 log where I cannot see where Siebel get mails from server.
