On : 18.104.22.168.11 [IP2014] version, CTI
Customer has a requirement to update Persistent Customer Dashboard on Call ringing event with some greeting message.
When Communication Panel is opened/ maximized, and there is a new incoming call(Answer Call button blinking)
the dashboard gets populated with the greeting message.
But in case Communication panel is minimized, and there is a new incoming call,
user clicks on the toggle button to bring up the Communication panel, the dashboard stays blank.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke "Persistent Customer Dashboard.Update Dashboard from CTI" BS from the Call Ringing event
2. Open the Communication Panel, receive an incoming call
Note that Customer Dashboard gets updated when the call rings
3. Now close the Communication Panel
4. Receive an incoming call
5. Click on the Toggle button to open the Communication Panel
This time the Customer Dashboard stays blank
