Siebel Chat UI Transcript Issue

On : [IP2013] version, CTI

Currently it is not possible to restore chat transcript when interaction is reassigned to another agent due to agent log out, browser crash, etc. Means when interaction was not directly transferred via the "Chat UI Business Service.TransferChat" method.

Chat transcript should be reassigned to another agent when the agent logs out or browser crash etc.
