CRM Desktop: Open Activity in Toolbar does not Show Correct Email Details

CRM Desktop: when add/modify contact, subject, create activity from email empty the mail's fields

Context :
. CRM Desktop 3.8/3.9
. Outlook 2010 32 bits

1. Create a new email (Create_Email image)
2. Fill the contact, the subject and the body email
3. Click "Open Activity" CRM Desktop button
- Problem 1: On the new activity, description field have the value "<empty> on 01/12/2016 10:11 AM", empty instead of subject value, and comment field is empty (Open_Activity image)
- Problem 2: On the email contact is now empty (account, subject, comment are still filled) (Open_Activity image)
