Customer have some email got stuck in production in environment as custom recipient group was not enabled in LOV :COMM_RECEIP_SRC. Now when they are trying to enable the LOV all the previous emails are getting sent from siebel.
Customer have a business requirement to remove the stucked emails from the system and only new emails should be sent from siebel.
