New Tooltips displayed in Open UI

We are facing issues with tooltips in our application. There are new tooltips available throughout the application which sometime has technical names. Due to these tooltips we are not able to see the existing tooltips that are configured in one go. We have to click on the tooltip after which we are able to see the existing tooltips. We tried removing the tooltip by modifying the postload.js but doing that also affects our existing configured tooltips and we are not able to see any tooltips at all. We used the below code



Could you let us know if there is a solution to remove these new tooltips provided in Open UI.
