Toggle Applet Does Not Work After Executing Several Times a PDQ

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After applying IP2014 Patch Set 9 the Toggle Applet does not work after executing several times PDQs .
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure a Toggle Applet for Activity Form Applet based on Type.
Activity Form Applet > Type>Appointment
Activity Form Applet1 > Type>To Do
3.Navigate to Activities List.
Observe that if Activity Type is Appointment, the bottom form applet contains a field named Description.
Observe that if Activity Type is To Do, the bottom form Applet does not contain Field Description.
4.Navigate between Appointment Type Activity and To Do Activity to confirm that the bottom Applet is toggled with Description displayed in the former case and not displayed in the latter case.
5.Create a PDQ to Query All Activities of Type Appointment.
6.From the PDQ Drop down, select Appointment to filter All Activities of Type Appointment.
7.Create a PDQ to Query All Activities of Type To Do.
8.After executing these PDQs several times execute All Activities PDQ, when navigating between the Activities the toggle does not change/switch.
