Upgrade Wizard Fails With /h Count Parameters In The Command Line For Dataimp.dat During Upgrep (Doc ID 2105006.1)

Goal

When running Production upgrep with10 languages,  it takes about 2-3 hours to run the Siebel Seed Data Import step for each language.Based on Oracle Expert service,we  changed '/h Log" to "/h Count" on the command line for entry 14 - 17 in the driver_upgrep_prod_81111.ucf file but the upgrade wizard fails.
