Siebel 22.214.171.124 Outbound Email With Lotus Notes Not Working After Deployment Of Siebel 126.96.36.199 PS9

Customer is using Siebel 220.127.116.11 and planning to upgrade to Siebel 18.104.22.168 PS9 in January 2016.
It has been also pre-deployed Siebel 22.214.171.124 PS9 ActiveX because of the high number of users. Email integration with Lotus Notes by using Lotus Notes local database Siebel7Email.nsf is in place.
For each version, it is used the appropriate Lotus Notes local database (version of Siebel 8.0 is different from version 8.1).
During tests, it was found that after Siebel 126.96.36.199 PS9 ActiveX pre-deployment on machines that are already using Siebel 188.8.131.52, Outbound email feature is not working properly : there is a systematic error that can not
send feedback to Siebel and outbound email activity is not updated : no update on status, body, title, etc.
Please check below the tests performed :
- Using Siebel 184.108.40.206 with the appropriate local Lotus Notes database : test is OK
- Using Siebel 220.127.116.11 with the appropriate local Lotus Notes database : test is OK
- Pre-deploy Siebel 18.104.22.168 ActiveX package on a machine using Siebel 22.214.171.124 : test is OK for Siebel 8.1 and KO for Siebel 8.0 (=> Feedback not sent to Siebel and related activity not updated)
