Some users are getting the below error message during the first synchronization. This happens only for some users and not all users.
Error message :
CRM Desktop cannot find default folder for Outlook storage to apply customization for. Outlook storage might be corrupted. Please restart Outlook with "/resetfolders" command line option. WARNING: this operation might create duplicated native folders.
