On : 15.5 [IP2015] version, System Admin

When attempting to access siebel application the following error occurs.

The server encountered an internal error or mis configuration and was unable to complete your request

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade the siebel application to IP2015 from
2. Try to access siebel application, the error occurs.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access siebel application
