ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Promoting a prospect gives a different timestamp in the UI and at db level

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Promoting a prospect should be the same time as creating a prospect

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a prospect, note the timestamp at db and UI level
2. Convert the prospect to a contact
3. Review the contact fields, these are different in terms of UTC time zones to the original prospect

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the correct created times for a member
