Substitutions Fields In Templates Do Not Appear Once Using Some Specific Ones

On : 15.7 [IP2015] version, Comms Server & Email Response
Substitutions fields in templates do not appear once some specific ones are used.
When replying to an inbound email and selecting a customized body template fields these do not appear between default greeting and closing.
It works when using F9 on activities.
