On : 126.96.36.199.8 [IP2014] version, Comms Server & Email Response
ComInboundProcessor log files are not writing information in the CommInboundRcvr component log file.
The CommInboudnProcessor should write information on CommInboundRcvr log files when the event trace log level were increased.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Increase all event trace log level for Communications Inbound Processor component to log level 4 or 5 to troubleshoot.
2. Start the Siebel Server
3. CommInboundProcessor is up and running.
4. Verify the log files for CommInboundProcessor no information is been written into the the files.
